OoH DaT ChiCkeN is Washington D.C's first rotisserie chicken food truck. We offer the finest flame broiled rotisserie chicken with fresh local ingredients in the District.  OoH DaT chicken is marinated in our signature blend of spices, herbs, and peppers for over 48 hours. The method we use to cook our birds is a low and slow technique which makes the chicken unbelievably juicy and very flavorful. Plus the mixture of Aji Peppr, cumin, saffron and other secret spices makes OoH DaT a one of a kind food truck roaming the streets. We hope our concept of using open flame and fresh local ingredients will bring a different taste and style to the food truck nation in our Capital!
Jason Mirhady
Jason Mirhady is a classically trained chef from Johnson & Wales University in North Miami Florida.  He has worked under some of Miami's top chefs at the Fontainebleau hotel, Loews hotel, and The Meat market which is one of Miami's top steak house.  For the last 10 years he has worked in the food service industry and brings a great deal of food knowledge and hospitality.
